About this fabric

The Pumice colourway combines warm grey and taupe tones, with tiny pale and charcoal flecks distributed across the weave. Viewed close up, the surface has a fine, linen-like grain rather than a printed motif, giving the colour gentle depth without strong contrast. The muted shade reads calm and grounded, while the small irregular flecks prevent it from appearing flat. Its balanced texture and mid-weight visual presence make it suitable for both upholstery and drapery.

How to use it

Pair this muted taupe-grey with chalky whites, warm stone and natural timber for a quiet, textural scheme. It also works as a soft neutral alongside deeper olive, charcoal or tobacco accents.

Use this softly flecked taupe-grey weave to bring quiet warmth and texture to seating, cushions or simple window treatments.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
