Zodiac Tobacco

Heir Fabric

Zodiac Tobacco combines a warm tobacco-brown ground with closely spaced dark brown circles, creating a richly patterned, tactile surface. The repeated motif shifts subtly across the folded swatch as the cloth catches the light.

About this fabric

The colourway balances ochre warmth with deep chocolate-brown patterning, giving the design a grounded, autumnal depth rather than a bright or high-contrast effect. Its dense circular motif reads as a medium-scale geometric pattern, while the visible woven surface adds further variation between the lighter ground and darker spots. The cloth appears structured and substantial in the swatch, making it particularly convincing for upholstery applications. No composition, width, rub-test or other technical specification has been supplied for this exact fabric.

How to use it

Pair Zodiac Tobacco with aged timber, dark bronze and soft cream upholstery to temper its warm brown depth. It would give a chair, banquette or compact sofa a confident graphic character without relying on a cool colour palette.

Use this warm tobacco ground and dark brown circular pattern to bring rhythmic texture to statement seating, benches or occasional chairs.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
