About this fabric
The colour reads as a deep, autumnal tobacco shade rather than a bright orange or golden brown. Very fine vertical striations create quiet variation through the surface, while the mottled texture gives the cloth gentle visual depth. The finish appears matte and softly tactile, with the subtle tonal changes becoming more apparent across the swatch. As a plain, dense-looking textile, this colourway is especially well suited to upholstered forms where its restrained texture can be seen at close range.
How to use it
Use Leaf Tobacco on an armchair, sofa or dining seat to bring warm, earthy depth to a room. It works particularly well with chalky creams, dark wood, aged brass and muted rust accents.
