About this fabric

The surface reads as a deep balsam teal, with enough grey in the colour to keep it restrained rather than bright or saturated. A fine, even weave gives the cloth a softly tactile finish and catches the light very subtly across the swatch. Its quiet plain design makes the colour and delicate surface texture the focus. No performance features are noted for this fabric.

How to use it

Pair Tone Balsam with warm oak, chalky neutrals and brushed metal to balance its cool blue-green depth. It would bring a composed, tailored note to a chair, sofa, curtain or matching accent cushion.

Use this subdued blue-green plain weave to bring cool, quiet colour to upholstery, curtains or coordinated soft furnishings.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
