About this fabric

The pattern is formed from large spiral and paisley-like curls, with alternating blue-grey, mushroom taupe, warm beige and brown shapes set against the light cream ground. Fine woven texture is visible across both the background and motifs, while the contrasting directions of the weave make some curls appear more pronounced than others. The restrained, chalky palette feels cool and softened rather than bright, with the brown and beige accents adding gentle warmth. No performance features are noted for this fabric.

How to use it

Use Nuage to add quiet pattern to a pale, tonal room, pairing its cream ground with blue-grey upholstery, taupe walls or warm timber. The muted curls would also work well as relaxed curtains where the full repeat can be appreciated.

Use the cream ground and muted blue-grey, taupe and brown curls to bring a softly graphic, decorative note to upholstery or curtains.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
