Contrée Sauvage Fabric3247-05

Dattier - Kaki pairs a subdued olive-khaki ground with closely repeated cream fan-like fronds. The low-contrast palette gives the pattern a softly aged, quietly graphic character.

About this fabric

The design is formed from rounded sprays of fine, radiating lines, creating an orderly repeat with a botanical feel. In this colourway, the olive ground reads earthy and slightly greyed rather than bright, while the warm cream pattern lifts the surface without becoming stark. A close, subtly textured textile surface is visible across the swatch, adding gentle depth to the flat-looking repeat. No composition, width or rub-test information is supplied for this fabric.

How to use it

Use Dattier - Kaki on a statement armchair, headboard or full-length curtains where its muted olive tone can sit comfortably with timber, aged brass and warm neutrals.

Use the muted olive ground and cream fan motif to bring graphic warmth to upholstery or curtains.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
