About this fabric

This Paille colourway sits in a gentle straw and sand palette, with pale threads catching the light across the warmer beige ground. Narrow vertical lines create a restrained stripe effect, while the visible horizontal slubs add a softly weathered, woven character. The close, even construction gives it a versatile mid-weight appearance suited to both upholstery and drapery. No performance features are noted for this fabric.

How to use it

Pair the warm straw tone with chalky whites, natural timber and soft taupes for a calm, sun-washed scheme. The fine vertical striation can also add subtle direction to an upholstered chair, headboard or relaxed curtain.

Use this softly striated straw-beige weave to bring warm, natural texture to upholstery, curtains or blinds.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
