About this fabric

Azur is a cool, pale blue woven surface with a lightly chalky, sea-glass cast. Fine vertical lines run through the cloth, while softer horizontal threads interrupt them to create a restrained checked or ribbed texture. Small variations in the blue and occasional warmer flecks keep the field from looking flat, and the texture catches light gently rather than appearing glossy. No performance features are noted for this fabric, so its suitability should be considered from the project requirements rather than an indicated technical finish.

How to use it

Use this blue colourway to bring a calm, cool note to a room with pale timber, chalky neutrals or brushed metal. Its fine linear texture would work neatly on a tailored chair, sofa or relaxed curtain where the azure tone can remain the main visual accent.

The cool azure tone and fine woven striping suit both tailored upholstery and softly structured window treatments.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
