About this fabric

The Fauve tone sits between caramel, tobacco and russet brown, while the dark irregular lines create a softly animal-like, undulating pattern. Fine raised and recessed areas in the weave catch the light unevenly, bringing depth without a glossy finish. The dense surface reads as a substantial textile suited to upholstery. No performance features are noted for this fabric.

How to use it

Use Sukkari - Fauve on a sculptural armchair, sofa or ottoman where its warm brown ground can sit alongside timber, tan leather and aged brass. Keep surrounding textiles quiet so the charcoal wave pattern remains the room's strongest texture.

Use this warm brown and charcoal weave to add graphic depth to tailored upholstery.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
