Trinidad - Azur

Îles du Vent Fabric5052-11

Trinidad - Azur has a cool blue-grey ground with a dense, finely pebbled weave. Tiny tonal variations across the surface give the cloth a softly mottled appearance rather than a flat block of colour.

About this fabric

The close weave is built from small, loop-like and grainy marks, with subtle darker flecks distributed through the blue-grey field. Its cool Azur tone sits between softened denim and silvery slate, creating depth without a strong contrast. Fine horizontal shifts in the weave catch the light gently, while the overall surface remains matte and tactile. The substantial-looking textile is best suited to upholstery applications.

How to use it

Use this cool blue-grey colourway on an armchair, sofa or dining seat where its quiet texture can balance pale timber, chalky walls and brushed metal. It also works well as a calm counterpoint to warmer rust, tan or natural linen accents.

Its cool, finely pebbled blue-grey texture brings quiet depth to tailored seating.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
