About this fabric

The swatch shows a closely worked fabric in a deep teal-green, with fine horizontal irregularity and a raised, nubby surface visible throughout. Its dark Cedre tone absorbs much of the light, while scattered lighter threads prevent the green from reading as flat black. The substantial-looking weave makes it well suited to upholstery. No composition, width or rub-test figures are supplied for this exact fabric, and no performance features are noted.

How to use it

Use this near-black teal-green on an upholstered armchair, headboard or occasional seat where its textured surface can add depth without introducing a strong motif. Balance the cool, shadowed tone with warm timber, ivory or softly weathered neutral furnishings.

Use this deep teal-green weave to bring quiet colour and tactile depth to upholstered seating.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
