About this fabric

The swatch reads as a restrained abyss teal, sitting between blue and green rather than appearing brightly saturated. Fine horizontal and vertical threads form a subtly irregular woven surface, with tiny shifts in tone catching across the cloth. There is no printed motif; the visual interest comes from the quiet texture and layered blue-green shade. No composition, width or performance features have been supplied for this fabric.

How to use it

Use this cool, deep teal on a tailored chair, sofa or full-length curtain where its muted blue-green tone can anchor pale neutrals, charcoal and warm timber. The fine plain weave also works well as a calm counterpoint to more patterned furnishings.

A cool, deep teal plain weave that adds quiet colour and textural depth to upholstery or drapery.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
