About this fabric

The surface is woven without a printed motif, using subtle crosswise and lengthwise variation to create a natural, lightly flecked texture. In the light, the taupe shifts gently between beige and grey, giving the colourway a calm, grounded depth. The balanced-looking weave makes it suitable to consider for both upholstery and drapery, subject to project requirements. No composition, width, rub test or performance features are supplied for this exact fabric.

How to use it

Use M649 Roman to bring a warm mushroom-taupe note to seating, cushions or relaxed curtains, especially alongside ivory, stone and aged timber. Its softly greyed depth can also settle brighter accent colours without competing with them.

Pair this softly mottled mushroom taupe with chalky neutrals, weathered timber and understated upholstery.
