M650 Burnt Orange

Timeless Plains Fabric

M650 Burnt Orange is a deep, warm rust shade with the earthy character of terracotta. Its close plain weave gives the surface a finely textured, softly varied appearance rather than a flat block of colour.

About this fabric

The fabric appears in a rich burnt-orange tone, with coppery and russet variation visible across the surface. A tight crosswise weave creates a small, regular grid, while slight irregularities in the yarn keep the colour from looking overly uniform. The finish reads as predominantly matte, with only restrained highlights where the woven surface catches the light. No performance features are noted for this fabric.

How to use it

Use this warm burnt-orange colourway to bring depth to neutral rooms, pairing it with natural woods, warm creams and aged brass. Its restrained plain weave also works well where a strong colour is wanted without introducing a visible motif.

Its warm, earthy burnt-orange tone and finely woven texture suit relaxed upholstery, cushions or softly tailored window treatments.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
