Patina Sage

Patina Sage reads as a quiet, muted sage green across the upholstered seating shown here. Its softly textured surface brings gentle depth to the room without introducing a visible pattern.

About this fabric

The image shows this colourway covering a sofa, armchair, cushions and a low upholstered bench, confirming its natural suitability for upholstery. The sage tone is cool and softened rather than bright, sitting comfortably beside cream cushions, dark timber and weathered neutrals. A fine, understated woven texture gives the colour subtle variation as the light moves across the seating. No performance features are noted in the supplied specification for this fabric.

How to use it

Use Patina Sage on a substantial sofa or pair of armchairs, then repeat its cool green tone in cushions against warm ivory upholstery and aged wood. The muted shade works especially well in relaxed, earthy schemes where contrast comes from texture rather than strong colour.

Use this subdued sage tone across sofas, armchairs and cushions for a calm, layered interior.

Pairs well with

Patina Sage is a quiet cloth, so it carries a pattern beside it: one of these on the curtains and this on the chair. Mixed across the houses we hold, which is the part a single supplier's book cannot do.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
