About this fabric

The pattern is arranged in a regular, medium-scale repeat of fan-shaped leaves, curling foliage and yellow flower heads, with pale cream details opening up the design. Its sap-green colouring reads fresh and gently muted rather than dark, while olive and mint-green accents give the foliage visible depth. At 265 gsm, this is a versatile mid-weight fabric suitable for both upholstery and drapery. It has a 142 cm usable width, with a 39.5 cm vertical repeat and 47 cm horizontal repeat for planning pattern placement.

How to use it

Use the pale sap-green ground for relaxed curtains or a softly tailored blind, then pick up the yellow-orange flowers in cushions, piping or small upholstered pieces. Cream, warm white and natural timber will keep the detailed foliage feeling light.

Use this pale sap-green botanical for curtains, cushions or occasional upholstery where its yellow flower accents can brighten the room.

Pairs well with

A pattern needs somewhere for the eye to rest, so these are the plains and textures that sit beside Woodland Weeds Sap Green without fighting it. Mixed across the houses we hold, which is the part a single supplier's book cannot do.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
