Bluebell Leafy Arbour

Emery Walker`s House Fabric Collection FabricMOF0176-01

Bluebell Leafy Arbour is shown here in a cool, muted green colourway, with layered sage and olive foliage arranged in a closely repeating botanical design. Fine cream, pale yellow and soft blush details lift the darker leaves without disturbing its calm, woodland tone.

About this fabric

The dense leafy pattern combines arching foliage, small blossoms and pale floral forms in a 73 cm vertical by 35 cm horizontal repeat. Its 344 gsm weight gives the fabric a substantial feel suited to upholstery, while the 140 cm usable width provides generous coverage for furniture projects. The colourway reads cooler than a warm moss green, with greyed sage and deeper olive leaves set against a softly mottled cream ground. At 25.2 threads per cm, the surface shows a closely formed textile structure beneath the detailed printed-looking botanical imagery.

How to use it

Use this cool sage and olive colourway on a chair, headboard or compact sofa where its dense foliage can act as the room’s principal pattern. Pair it with warm ivory, aged wood and small touches of blush or ochre to draw out the floral accents visible in the design.

A cool, detailed leafy design that brings layered sage, olive and pale floral accents to upholstered furniture.

Pairs well with

A pattern needs somewhere for the eye to rest, so these are the plains and textures that sit beside Bluebell Leafy Arbour without fighting it. Mixed across the houses we hold, which is the part a single supplier's book cannot do.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
