Willow Bough Nettle/Sky Blue

Outdoor Performance OutdoorMOF0174-03

Willow Bough Nettle/Sky Blue layers fine, curling leafy sprigs in cool sky blue and muted nettle green over a warm cream ground. The close botanical repeat gives the swatch a light, gently animated surface without becoming visually heavy.

About this fabric

This Morris & Co. Outdoor Performance textile has a 140 cm usable width and a 215 gsm weight, making it a versatile mid-weight choice for upholstery or drapery. The design repeats vertically every 45 cm and horizontally every 28 cm, creating a closely spaced field of small willow-like branches. Sky-blue leaves bring a cool, airy note, while the nettle-green foliage adds softened olive depth against the creamy background. Its 38.5 threads-per-cm construction gives the visible surface a neat, fine-textured appearance.

How to use it

Pair this cool blue-green colourway with chalky whites, pale oak and natural woven textures, or use it to freshen a relaxed garden-room seat. The cream ground helps the sky blue and nettle green sit comfortably with both warm neutrals and muted outdoor greens.

Use the cool sky-blue and nettle-green foliage to bring a fresh, softly layered character to indoor or outdoor seating and window treatments.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
