About this fabric

The design is filled with repeated, open caramel-toned flowers, fine sage leaves and delicate scrolling stems, with small cream and muted yellow details visible between the larger motifs. Its 38 cm vertical repeat and 50.6 cm horizontal repeat create a consistent ornamental rhythm across the 304 cm usable width. At 282 gsm and 30 threads per centimetre, this is a versatile mid-weight fabric suited to both upholstery and drapery. The sage reads subdued and slightly cool, while the caramel accents add warmth without making the overall colourway feel bright or saturated.

How to use it

Use it for full-length curtains or a statement chair where the cool sage can balance warm timber and the caramel flowers can pick up terracotta, oat or aged brass accents. Its wide 304 cm format is especially useful for generous drapery panels.

Use the cool sage ground to settle the warm caramel blooms in classic or softly tailored interiors.

Pairs well with

A pattern needs somewhere for the eye to rest, so these are the plains and textures that sit beside Pimpernel Wide Width Sage/Caramel without fighting it. Mixed across the houses we hold, which is the part a single supplier's book cannot do.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
