Standen Leaf Green

Simply Morris Fabrics FabricMOF0159-01

Standen Leaf Green pairs a very pale sage botanical scatter with a soft ivory ground. In the swatch, the tiny leaf-like marks create a delicate, lightly textured field rather than a bold feature pattern.

About this fabric

The colour reads as a cool, muted leaf green, softened by the near-white ground and the fine density of the motif. Its 188 gsm weight and 36.2 threads per cm give the cloth a light-to-midweight feel suited to both drapery and selected upholstery applications. The design has an 80.5 cm vertical repeat and a 71 cm horizontal repeat, while the usable width is 137.5 cm. Viewed closely, the small green marks sit across an even pale surface, giving the colourway a calm, airy depth.

How to use it

Use this soft sage and ivory colourway to bring a quiet botanical layer to relaxed curtains, Roman blinds or occasional chairs. It works particularly well where a green accent is wanted without introducing a strong or saturated block of colour.

A pale sage botanical with a light, airy character for curtains, cushions and occasional upholstery.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
