Daisy & Oak Ink/Graphite

The Unfinished Works Fabrics FabricMOF0251-01

Daisy & Oak in Ink/Graphite is a richly layered botanical textile with a deep charcoal ground and finely drawn foliage. Cream, stone and muted taupe flowers lift the pattern without reducing its dramatic depth.

About this fabric

The design is visibly dense, with repeated leafy stems, small clustered blossoms and larger stylised flower heads arranged in an intricate vertical composition. In this colourway, graphite and near-black tones dominate, while warm cream and soft taupe details catch the light across the floral forms. Its 239gsm weight and 137.2cm usable width give it a versatile mid-weight presence for upholstery or drapery. The pattern measures 35.9cm vertically by 45.7cm horizontally, creating a clearly legible repeat while retaining the richness of the all-over design.

How to use it

Pair the cool graphite ground with warm ivory, stone or natural oak to draw out the pale flowers and soften the colourway’s dark, formal character. The 35.9cm by 45.7cm repeat is well suited to statement curtains, occasional chairs or a coordinated upholstered piece.

Use the deep graphite ground to anchor pale oak, stone and warm cream furnishings, letting the intricate floral repeat provide the room’s detail.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
