About this fabric

The cream background keeps this colourway light, while the indigo vines give the pattern a cool, gently shaded depth rather than a bright blue contrast. Crimson and coral iris- and rose-like blooms bring concentrated warmth through the repeated floral medallions, with olive-grey leaves adding a restrained middle tone. At 239 gsm and 38 threads per cm, this is a substantial mid-weight fabric suited to both upholstery and drapery. It has a 137.2 cm usable width, with a 39.3 cm vertical repeat and 34.5 cm horizontal repeat for planning the continuous pattern across a project.

How to use it

Use the cream-and-indigo balance to brighten a window seat, occasional chair or full-length curtain, then echo the crimson flowers in cushions or a small painted accent.

Pair the cream ground and cool indigo stems with warm timber, muted red accents and tailored upholstery or curtains.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
