The Unfinished Works Handcrafted FabricMOF0262-03

About this fabric

This 300 gsm fabric shows repeated leafy stems in blue-grey across a pale mineral-umber ground, with small umber, rust and blush flower heads adding warmth. The compact floral columns have a 24.6 cm vertical repeat and a 27.4 cm horizontal repeat, creating a consistent rhythm across the cloth. With 24 threads per cm and a 137.2 cm usable width, it has a substantial, finely textured presence suited to both upholstery and drapery. The muted mineral blue reads softly beside the warmer blossoms rather than appearing bright or high-contrast.

How to use it

Use this colourway on a reading chair, headboard or relaxed curtains where the blue-grey foliage can cool warm timber and umber upholstery. Pair it with chalky neutrals, aged wood and small touches of terracotta to echo the flower heads.

A detailed, muted floral with enough visual structure for upholstery and enough finesse for curtains.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
