About this fabric

The design is formed from repeated vertical bands of detailed oak and blossom-like foliage, with the deepest chestnut columns creating clear rhythm against paler brown and cream stripes. At 328 gsm and 44.4 threads per cm, the fabric has a substantial, closely constructed feel suited to upholstery. It has a usable width of 137 cm, with a 21 cm vertical pattern repeat and a 33.6 cm horizontal repeat. The warm brown shading reads softly rather than brightly, allowing the intricate floral linework to remain the focus.

How to use it

Use this chestnut colourway on a statement armchair, dining chair or traditionally shaped sofa, then pick up its cream ground with plain upholstery or curtains. The warm brown depth works especially well with oak timber, aged brass and muted neutral walls.

The warm chestnut floral stripes bring patterned depth to upholstery while the cream ground keeps the design balanced.
