Oak & Blossom Thyme/Woad combines a pale cream ground with closely spaced, upright floral sprigs in muted thyme green and soft woad blue. The restrained colour contrast gives the pattern a cool, quietly layered appearance.

About this fabric

The design is formed from repeated botanical stems, small stylised leaves and clustered blue flowers, with the cream ground remaining visible between each narrow sprig. Thyme foliage supplies the gentler olive-green note, while the woad-blue blossoms add cool definition without becoming bright or saturated. At 300 gsm and 137.2 cm usable width, this is a versatile mid-weight textile suited to both upholstery and drapery. Its pattern repeats every 24.6 cm vertically and 27.4 cm horizontally, and the supplied specification lists 24 threads per cm for the cloth.

How to use it

Use this colourway where a room needs a light, settled floral: the pale cream background works with chalky neutrals, while thyme green and woad blue can be picked up in painted timber, cushions or trim. It would bring gentle definition to a reading chair, compact sofa or relaxed curtain treatment.

Its pale cream ground and muted blue-green floral detail suit both tailored upholstery and softly structured curtains.
