About this fabric

The broad ochre fields read as muted golden tan, while the narrower crimson stripes add a richer red note and clear vertical definition. Fine cream detailing and darker pin lines sit within the stripe groups, creating a precise, architectural rhythm rather than a broad, simple stripe. This fabric has a usable width of 135 cm and a substantial weight of 460 gsm, with 137 threads per cm. Its vertical repeat is 2.9 cm and its horizontal repeat is 29.6 cm, making the stripe arrangement easy to assess when planning upholstery panels.

How to use it

Use the ochre ground to warm a tailored armchair, sofa or headboard, then echo the crimson accents in piping, cushions or painted timber. The restrained cream detailing also works with aged wood and warm neutral furnishings.

The warm ochre ground and crimson banding bring tailored depth to upholstered seating and occasional furniture.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
