Woodford Stripe Mulberry brings a rich mulberry ground together with slim teal, cream and muted olive stripes. The dense vertical arrangement has a subtly textured woven surface, giving the colourway depth rather than a flat red appearance.

About this fabric

The fabric is built from closely spaced vertical stripes, with the warm mulberry bands set against pale cream, cool teal and fine darker accents. Its 554gsm weight gives the cloth a substantial handle suited to upholstery, while the small stripe scale keeps the pattern precise on furniture. The usable width is 135cm, with a 0.9cm vertical repeat and a 19.2cm horizontal repeat. A standard length of 30m is supplied, making this a practical choice for coordinating multiple upholstered pieces in the same deep, carefully balanced colourway.

How to use it

Use the mulberry-led stripe on a buttoned armchair, dining chair or compact sofa, where the vertical lines add definition without overwhelming the form. Pick up the cooler teal threads with blue-green painted furniture or plain cushions, and temper the red depth with warm cream textiles.
