About this fabric
The 137 cm usable width is arranged with alternating dense and lightly drawn floral stripes, creating clear vertical definition across the cloth. Its 21 cm vertical repeat and 33.6 cm horizontal repeat keep the blossom motif detailed without making the stripe rhythm feel oversized. At 328 gsm and 44.4 threads per centimetre, the fabric has a substantial woven presence suited to both upholstery and drapery. The madder tone reads warm, dusty and slightly softened against the cream, while the raised-looking woven texture catches the light differently across the fuller and finer bands.
How to use it
Use the warm, muted madder stripes on a reading chair, footstool or full-length curtains where their vertical arrangement can be seen clearly. Pair the cream ground with aged timber and the deeper red with russet, brown or quiet neutral accents.
Use the alternating madder and pale floral stripes to bring measured colour and traditional pattern to upholstery or curtains.
