Wilton Warp Print Indigo

The Unfinished Works Handcrafted FabricMOF0272-02

Wilton Warp Print Indigo layers a cool, weathered indigo ground with curling foliage, cream flowerheads and softly faded ochre accents. The closely arranged botanical design has a gently timeworn character, with the pattern appearing richly textured across the swatch.

About this fabric

This colourway is led by muted indigo-blue, warmed with dusty ochre stems, taupe-brown leaves, cream rosettes and restrained touches of rust and rose. The medium-scale repeat combines stylised flowers with scrolling vines, creating a dense, tapestry-like surface rather than an open floral. At 378 gsm, it has the visual substance suited to upholstery, while the 137 cm usable width offers practical coverage. The pattern repeats every 65 cm vertically and 67.2 cm horizontally, allowing its larger flower motifs and directional foliage to be considered carefully when cutting.

How to use it

Use the cool indigo ground on a statement armchair, sofa or upholstered headboard, then pick up its ochre and cream details in cushions, painted wood or a warm neutral wall. Its softened, antique-looking palette works especially well with walnut, aged brass and natural linen.

A substantial, richly detailed floral textile for upholstered seating, bringing cool indigo depth with softened ochre and cream contrast.

Pairs well with

A pattern needs somewhere for the eye to rest, so these are the plains and textures that sit beside Wilton Warp Print Indigo without fighting it. Mixed across the houses we hold, which is the part a single supplier's book cannot do.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
