The Unfinished Works Fabrics FabricMOF0261-01

Norbury Indigo sets a deep, cool indigo-blue ground against a finely coloured botanical lattice. Cream, blush-coral, olive and warm tan details bring definition to the repeating ogee-shaped panels.

About this fabric

This 433gsm fabric has a substantial specification suited to upholstery, with a usable width of 137.2cm and a standard length of 60m. Its 41cm vertical and 34.3cm horizontal repeat forms a regular lattice of pointed panels filled with curling foliage and small floral motifs. In this colourway, the blue-grey indigo ground gives the pattern a shaded, quietly dramatic depth, while the cream and coral tracery catches the eye across the surface. Olive-green foliage and tan accents soften the cool blue without reducing its formal, heritage character.

How to use it

Use Norbury Indigo on a buttoned armchair, dining chair or upholstered ottoman where its cool indigo depth can anchor a room. Balance the patterned surface with chalky cream, weathered timber, muted olive and small touches of coral.

A richly patterned indigo textile for statement upholstery, pairing well with warm neutrals, olive accents and aged wood.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
