About this fabric
Plum tulips provide the strongest colour in this design, while blue-grey acanthus-like leaves and bayleaf-green stems create a cool, leafy counterpoint against the cream background. Fine red flower details and curling stems fill the spaces between the larger motifs, giving the surface a richly patterned but gentle appearance. The fabric has a usable width of 137.2 cm and a substantial 354 gsm weight. Its pattern repeat measures 51.4 cm vertically by 45.7 cm horizontally, with 21 threads per cm recorded.
How to use it
Use this colourway to bring softly muted plum into a reading chair, bench or full-length curtains, balancing its cream ground with warm timber and quiet blue-grey accents. The leafy bayleaf tones also sit naturally with sage, stone and faded terracotta furnishings.
