About this fabric

This Porter & Stone fabric from the Animal Kingdom collection is a 140cm-wide textile in 78% polyester and 22% cotton, with a pattern repeat of 0cm vertical by 4.3cm horizontal. The swatch shows a deep cocoa brown ground with a fine, closely worked animal-style pattern that sits quietly within the weave. Its overall effect is warm, earthy and slightly tailored, with just enough visual movement to stop the surface feeling flat. The construction looks substantial enough for upholstery, while the compact repeat also gives it a neat, orderly rhythm.

How to use it
