About this fabric

Printed on 100% cotton, this fabric has a natural-looking matte surface that suits the gentle, sketch-like handling of the design. The 140cm width gives good coverage for domestic making, and the 32cm pattern repeat means the little animal motifs settle into an easy, regular rhythm across the cloth. In this colourway, the base reads as warm sandy beige with muted tan, brown and soft grey accents, so the animals have a faded, country-house charm rather than a bright novelty feel. The overall effect is relaxed and approachable, with just enough detail to feel characterful without overpowering a room.

How to use it

Use it on occasional chairs, ottomans or cushions where the small animal motif can be appreciated up close. The warm beige ground also makes it an easy pairing with pale timber, oatmeal linens and soft green accents.
