Misc Fabric

Bibury - Red Earth shows a softly textured windowpane check in warm red earth, oatmeal beige and muted grey-brown. Its gently flecked weave gives the pattern a softened, lived-in character rather than a sharp graphic finish.

About this fabric

The woven check alternates rusty terracotta-red and pale beige squares with subdued grey-brown threads, creating a balanced pattern with noticeable warmth and depth. The surface appears matte and lightly textured, with softly blended yarn edges that temper the regularity of the grid. This colourway reads as relaxed and earthy, especially against natural timber, chalky neutrals or charcoal accents. No performance features or further specification data are supplied for this fabric.

How to use it

Use the warm red-earth tone on an armchair, bench or loose seat cushion, then echo it with oatmeal linen, aged timber and small touches of charcoal to bring out the quieter dark threads.

Use this warm red-earth check on relaxed seating, paired with oatmeal, charcoal or natural wood.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
