About this fabric

The dominant olive green has a subdued, earthy quality rather than a bright or highly saturated finish. Rust and terracotta lines warm the check, while tan panels and narrow burgundy bands give the pattern additional depth. Fine horizontal and vertical threads create a tactile crosshatched effect, making the larger checks appear layered rather than flat. As a fabric with a visibly substantial woven character, it is well suited to upholstery applications.

How to use it

Use this olive colourway on a traditionally shaped armchair, ottoman or headboard, pairing it with warm timber, aged leather and rust-toned or oatmeal textiles to draw out the check’s earthy accents.

A tailored check in muted olive green, softened with earthy rust, tan and burgundy accents.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
