Lytton Green

Chilgrove FabricF4881-02

Lytton Green shows a softly tailored stripe, with narrow olive-green bands set against a pale, linen-rich ground. The effect is crisp but understated, with enough contrast to read clearly without feeling heavy.

About this fabric

This Colefax and Fowler fabric is woven in 94% Linen and 6% Acrylic, giving the stripe a natural dry handle and a lightly structured finish. The design uses a vertical repeat of approximately 1cm by 24cm, which creates a disciplined rhythm of slim pinstripes and decorative green ladder bands. In this colourway, the green reads as muted olive rather than bright or grassy, sitting quietly against the warm off-white ground. At 145cm wide, Chilgrove in Lytton Green is well suited to a range of interior applications where a neat stripe and breathable linen character are wanted.

How to use it

Use Lytton Green on tailored blinds, cushions, or a compact chair to bring a restrained country-house note. It pairs especially well with painted wood in cream, stone, or deeper mossy greens, where the olive stripe feels calm and grounded.

A refined striped linen-blend that brings quiet structure and a tailored green accent to classic interiors.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
