Ditton Pesto

Orton Fabric

Ditton Pesto is a finely textured stripe with a distinctive pesto-green and olive thread running through a softly contrasting ground. Its narrow vertical lines create a neat, quietly directional effect.

About this fabric

The small-scale woven stripe combines muted pesto green and olive with cool grey and pale cream, giving the colourway a layered, low-contrast appearance. Close inspection shows tiny, closely spaced vertical bands rather than a broad graphic stripe, with the irregular woven texture adding gentle visual depth. The overall tone is softened and natural, balancing the freshness of green with the calm of grey and cream. As a versatile fabric, it can work across upholstery and drapery where a restrained vertical rhythm is wanted.

How to use it

Bring Ditton Pesto into a relaxed, light-filled scheme with oatmeal upholstery, pale stone walls and warm timber, or use its vertical lines to add height to curtains and blinds.

Use the fine vertical stripe to bring quiet rhythm to upholstery, blinds or curtains, pairing it with warm neutrals and natural timber.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
