Sula Taupe

Zolani Fabric

Sula Taupe has a warm, quietly variegated taupe ground, with beige, grey and darker threads interlacing across its surface. The close plain weave gives the colourway a softly tactile, natural appearance rather than a flat block of colour.

About this fabric

Seen up close, this fabric has a fine crosshatch structure with gently irregular slub-like lines running through the weave. Its taupe tone sits between warm beige and soft grey, while the scattered darker fibres add depth without creating a defined pattern. The restrained texture gives the surface a relaxed, informal character and should sit comfortably with other natural neutrals. No performance features are noted for this colourway.

How to use it

Use Sula Taupe on a relaxed sofa, occasional chair or full-length curtain where its warm beige-grey tone can soften timber, stone and off-white finishes. Pair it with oatmeal, chalk and muted brown accents for a calm, layered scheme.

A softly textured taupe weave that brings understated warmth to upholstery, curtains and layered neutral schemes.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
