About this fabric

Woven in 53% linen and 47% cotton, this 287gsm fabric has enough body for curtains, blinds and soft furnishings while still reading as a light, breathable cloth. The 68cm horizontal and 58cm vertical repeats let the stags and meadow grasses appear in generous panels, which suits larger window treatments especially well. In this colourway, the palette is intentionally subdued: washed sage greens sit against misty cream, with the deer painted in soft taupe and grey-brown tones. The overall effect is calm and pastoral, with the print feeling more like a faded countryside sketch than a bold animal motif. It is dry clean only and iron safe, with no fire retardant treatment noted.

How to use it

Use it for lined curtains in a country bedroom or sitting room where the pale ground can bounce light around the space. The muted sage detail pairs well with oak, chalky whites and brushed brass.
