Fuchsiaflight green

Wilderness Fabricfuchsia/fa1/cre

Fuchsiaflight Green shows a delicately painted scene of hummingbirds, trailing blossoms and leaves over a pale ground. The colourway reads as soft, fresh and airy, with gentle green tones lifted by blush and lilac accents.

About this fabric

Woven in 95% cotton and 5% linen, this fabric has a natural handle that suits curtains, blinds and soft furnishings. The usable width is 138cm, with a width of 145cm and a substantial 230gsm weight, giving the cloth enough body for elegant window treatments. The print feels light and watercolour-like, with sage and moss leaves, teal hummingbirds and scattered pink florals creating a calm, springlike palette. Its 69cm horizontal repeat and 57.33cm vertical repeat make the design feel spacious rather than crowded, which keeps the birds and blooms readable on a larger surface. Dry clean only; cool iron.

How to use it

Use this colourway where you want a gentle botanical accent without a heavy look: it works beautifully as full-length curtains or Roman blinds against chalk white, pale wood or muted sage walls. The soft green ground and pastel florals keep the room feeling fresh rather than busy.

A painterly choice that brings a light, airy feel to curtains or blinds.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
