Cirisum green

Wilderness Fabriccirisun/oc2/dam

Cirisum Green brings a softly weathered, painterly take on botanical pattern, with thistle forms drifting across a pale ground. The green palette is lifted by hints of lilac, blue and misty grey, giving the design a fresh but slightly wild feel.

About this fabric

Woven in an 80% cotton, 20% polyester composition, this fabric has a textile hand that suits relaxed interiors and practical everyday use. The printed thistle motif appears in layered washes of sage, eucalyptus, blue-green and muted mauve, with a light ground that keeps the overall look airy rather than heavy. A horizontal pattern repeat of 46 and vertical repeat of 68 helps preserve the flow of the design across wider spans. It is water resistant, machine washable at 30 degrees, and the resin finish complies with Oeko-Tex, Global Recycled Standard (GRS), ZDHC and REACH regulations.

How to use it

Use Cirisum Green on an occasional chair, bench or deep seat cushion where the cool green tones can soften timber and stone. It also works well in a country-leaning scheme with chalky walls, brushed brass and other muted botanical prints.

Pair with pale woods and quiet neutrals to let the painterly thistle motif stay fresh.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
