Thistleglen pink
Voyagecountry Fabricthistle/fa1/sum
Thistleglen Pink pairs loose painterly thistles with airy sage stems on a pale ground. The effect is fresh and softly romantic, with the pinks lifting clearly against the muted linen-cotton base.

About this fabric
Woven in 53% linen and 47% cotton, this 287gsm fabric has enough substance for curtains, blinds and soft furnishings, while still keeping the cloth looking natural and relaxed. The large botanical repeat, measuring 67cm across and 89cm vertically, gives the thistle motif plenty of room to breathe across the surface. In this pink colourway, the flowers read as vivid yet softened, with magenta and blush notes balanced by olive and sage foliage. The overall impression is country-house and light-filled rather than overly saturated, with the weave adding a subtle lived-in texture. It is iron safe and dry clean only, with no fire-retardant treatment noted.
How to use it
Use it for statement curtains or Roman blinds where the soft pink blooms can sit against chalky walls and painted woodwork. It also brings a gentle lift to cushions or occasional upholstery in a room that needs colour without heaviness.
A painterly botanical with a fresh, country-house feel that works beautifully across drapes and light upholstery.

Pairs well with
A pattern needs somewhere for the eye to rest, so these are the plains and textures that sit beside Thistleglen pink without fighting it. Mixed across the houses we hold, which is the part a single supplier's book cannot do.

Paint that goes with it
Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
