About this fabric

Woven in 95% cotton and 5% linen, this 140cm-wide fabric has the breathable character of a natural fibre cloth and is dry clean only. The pattern repeat is generous, with a 45.67cm horizontal repeat and a 37.52cm vertical repeat, which supports the large-scale, all-over floral layout seen in the image. In this colourway, the pinks read soft and romantic rather than sugary, with mauve, berry and blush notes that sit comfortably beside the fresh sage and teal foliage. The visible texture feels lightly structured and suited to a decorative textile that still has enough substance for everyday use. There is no fire retardant treatment noted.

How to use it

Use this colourway where you want a garden-inspired focal point: it would lift an accent chair, loose cover or occasional curtains, especially alongside chalky greens, warm white paint or aged wood. The softer pink ground keeps the design approachable even with its large floral scale.

A whimsical statement cloth that balances pink blossom tones with fresh green movement.

Pairs well with

A pattern needs somewhere for the eye to rest, so these are the plains and textures that sit beside Fairytalebristles pink without fighting it. Mixed across the houses we hold, which is the part a single supplier's book cannot do.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
