Fortazela Pink brings a vivid botanical print to a deep charcoal ground, with layered pink blooms, mauve accents and cool leafy greens. The contrast gives the design a rich, slightly dramatic feel.

About this fabric

Woven in 95% cotton and 5% linen, this fabric has a soft natural handle and a measured 230gsm weight that suits curtains, blinds and soft furnishings. The colourway is built on a dark charcoal background, which makes the pink flowers read brighter and fresher, while the muted sage and teal foliage keeps the overall effect grounded. The visible cloth surface has a lightly textured, matte finish that works especially well with the large-scale 46cm horizontal and 54.8cm vertical repeat. It is dry clean only and iron safe, with a usable width of 138cm and an overall width of 145cm.

How to use it

This colourway works well in rooms that need a darker, more atmospheric floral, especially against painted walls in chalk white, deep green or soft plaster pink. Use it for full-length curtains or relaxed blinds to let the charcoal ground frame the brighter blossoms.

Use for statement curtains or blinds where the dark ground makes the pinks and greens pop.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
