About this fabric

Esala Plains Macadamia is a quiet textile in a warm macadamia shade that sits between softened taupe and light brown. Close up, the surface shows a fine, densely packed weave with subtle horizontal variation rather than a printed motif, giving the even colour a gently tactile finish. At 370 gsm and 138 cm usable width, it has the substance for upholstery and can be used without matching a design, as both the vertical and horizontal pattern repeats are 0 cm. Its 81 threads-per-centimetre construction keeps the surface visually fine while the warm brown cast gives the plain weave added depth.

How to use it

Use the warm taupe-brown tone on a generously upholstered chair, sofa or headboard, pairing it with natural timber, warm ivory and deeper chocolate accents. Its quiet plain weave also works well as a grounding neutral beside patterned cushions or textured throws.
