About this fabric

At 370 gsm, this is a substantial plain weave with enough visual density to read as an upholstery cloth. Its warm lava tone sits between muted terracotta and brick red, with slight tonal variation across the surface that softens the solid colour. The fabric has a 138 cm useable width and a 40 m standard length. Both the vertical and horizontal pattern repeats are 0 cm, while the 81 threads per cm specification reflects its closely formed weave.

How to use it

Pair this warm lava-red colourway with aged timber, tobacco leather or chalky neutrals to balance its earthy depth. Its quiet plain texture also works well on a tailored chair or sofa where the colour is the main statement.
