About this fabric

The design is filled with large botanical blooms and curling stems in a muted terracotta red, with fine engraved-style detail that remains clearly visible against the pale putty background. The 96 cm vertical pattern repeat gives the floral composition a generous, room-defining scale, while the supplied horizontal repeat is 0 cm. It has a 68.5 cm usable width, a standard length of 10.05 m and a listed weight of 182 gsm. The low-contrast palette reads softly rather than brightly, balancing the intricate floral density with a gently chalky appearance.

How to use it

Use this warm putty and faded terracotta colourway across a dining room, bedroom or reading room where its antique botanical mood can sit alongside oak, walnut, aged brass and creamy textiles.

Pair the warm putty ground and faded terracotta florals with aged woods, soft linens and antique-painted furniture.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
