About this fabric

This Sanderson fabric has a usable width of 141.5 cm and a compact pattern repeat of 8.5 cm vertically and 5 cm horizontally, making the narrow stripe read as a tightly ordered weave. At 220 gsm and 49.9 threads per cm, it feels like a substantial decorative fabric with enough body for tailored soft furnishings as well as lighter upholstery. The visible colourway is a sun-warmed madder and terracotta tone rather than a dark indigo-led mix, so the overall effect is vivid, earthy and slightly glowing. The fine pale dashes running through the stripe sharpen the pattern and stop the colour from flattening out.

How to use it

Use this colourway where you want a warm, structured accent, such as a smart armchair, blinds or tailored cushions. It pairs well with natural timber, chalky neutrals and deeper blue tones that pick up the name’s indigo reference.
