About this fabric

This Sanderson Islay Wools fabric has a substantial 383 gsm handle, a 142 cm usable width and a 36 cm vertical by 35.5 cm horizontal repeat, so the check has enough scale to make an impact on furniture or curtains. In this colourway, the russet and amber lines sit over a pale cream ground, while the blue stripes cool the palette and keep it from feeling overly autumnal. The weave appears softly brushed rather than crisp, which gives the surface a woollen haze and helps the colours blend gently at the intersections. With no performance features noted, it is best chosen for interiors where texture and colour are the priority.

How to use it
