About this fabric

This colourway reads as a deep autumnal rust with red-brown warmth rather than a bright orange cast, giving the velvet a grounded, earthy look. Catalogued as a velvet, it has real body at 405 gsm and a dense 102 threads/cm construction, which suits upholstered pieces that need both richness and substance. The 148 cm usable width makes it practical for larger projects, while the 0 cm pattern repeats confirm a clean plain surface with no interruption from motif. In the pile, the finish looks softly lustrous rather than shiny, so the shade shifts gently between shaded chestnut and glowing terracotta depending on the light.

How to use it
